Each floral arrangement is custom-designed and handcrafted using the freshest flowers, containers, decorative accents, and materials available at the time of creation. Due to seasonal availability, immediate inventory conditions, market limitations, or unforeseen circumstances, substitutions of flowers, containers, or decorative elements may be necessary.
When substitutions occur, they will always be made with items of equal or greater value, while preserving the overall style, color palette, proportions, and design integrity of the original arrangement. The final product will be delivered as similar as possible to the design shown.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that all floral designs are unique and that natural variations are part of the artistic and handcrafted process. Our commitment is to deliver the most beautiful and refined version of each arrangement, consistent with our quality standards.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
